It's the coldest day we've had so far today in NYC - at least, that I can remember! This is a long weekend for me as we have a short day at work today and Monday off for Martin Luther King Jr. day - yay! Plans this weekend are to make Gwyneth's Turkey Bolognese (for the first time!), and I've got a birthday party to attend tomorrow, then of course spending Sunday afternoon cheering on the Niners!

OMG it has been much chillier than usual here in the Bay Area! I know I shouldn't talk compared to the chill in NYC or the East Coast generally but, goodness it's cold!
