I love sweaters. When I took inventory of my closet about 6 months ago I discovered that I own about 30 of them, which is somewhat ridiculous...but there's always a different occasion, or different way to layer one, that as long as it's in good shape, I keep it. The huge heart and super soft knit on this stole my heart, and I also love that I found it in the kids section.

Fall is great because it's the perfect temperature to wear both shorts/skirts with sweaters and not be too hot or too cold, and I was happy to take advantage of that this Saturday while running a few errands in Soho and getting cupcakes at Georgetown Cupcake!

    30 sweaters! Wow, that's quite the collection! :) I absolutely LOVE this sweater. Reminds me of the J.Crew sweater this season, but even cuter because the heart is off center. I think I NEED this in my closet. Such a great outfit!

      I know, I didn't even realize I had a problem until I did that inventory...haha. I just can't resist a good sweater! :)

    I'd have to say, I'm pretty jealous of NY's fall weather. Shorts/skirts and sweaters, that's pretty amazing. Fall in sf is pretty cold. This is such a great weekend look!

      SF in general is cold, but it's funny because when it's boiling hot here I'm jealous of the cooler weather in SF - you can create so many more interesting outfits when it's cool enough to layer! :)

    so lovely! 30 sweaters is quite an accomplishment. I have never thought about counting up how much I own of something...it might scare me. =D

      Thanks! haha I was doing an inventory of my entire closet, which was quite the task. Definitely haven't been keeping up with it although I should! I just love to organize, kinda lame really. :P
