I have a thing for stationery, as you may well know. My work notebook is nearly all used up and for the last few weeks I've scoured the shelves of every Staples (where I bought it last year) to find another one like it. I like the quality of the paper (it's not the rough, cheap version you find in regular lined notebooks), it's spiral bound so it can lay flat and so I can write with just one side up, the front and back covers are firm so I don't need a table to take notes, and it's letter sized paper which is perfect since I take so many notes. (Can you tell I really love this notebook??) Sadly, I can't seem to find it anywhere, and I can't even find a brand name anywhere on my current one, so I've started hunting for some other options!

Although the above notebooks from Minted do not really fit any of the criteria, they all have a couple things in common: you can get them personalized, and they're so pretty! You can customize the text, they all tend to come in at least one more color than shown, and you can even personalize the inside covers. They're all $16, which is kind of a lot for a notebook, but I can't help it, I'm probably going to end up ordering at least one to try it out. I think the owls are particularly adorable, and the stars are subtler, but still so pretty...I honestly wouldn't mind one of each!
