1. Knox Pave Bar Necklace: I love this dainty necklace and the little pave bar - perfect for just a hint of sparkle!

2. Art prints - lips & San Francisco: Lauren & I were really excited to move and decorate a new apartment, but now that we're stuck in our lease we decided to make the best of it and hang artwork up and photos - really add some more personal touches to our apartment rather than just fill it with our stuff.

3. Alphabet Rings: I love these dainty Catbird rings - I want a J & S and wear them on my right ring finger (size 5, in case anyone needs to know ;) )

4. 2013 Datebook: I love a good datebook - my only hesitation about this one is that it isn't spiral (I like when datebooks can lay flat so I can just have it open to glance at when necessary) - but I love the (faux) saffiano leather in that gorgeous purple, and the notes page on the right hand side of every week.

5. Initial Pinky Ring: I just like this. I'd wear it next to my Catbird alphabet rings...just kidding. But I do love a good pinky ring!

6. Duvet Cover & Sham: This is also from when I was planning out my new bedroom at the new apartment, but even though we aren't moving anymore I still want that gorgeous duvet cover & sham - don't they just look so soft and luxurious? And don't you want to just dive right in and snuggle up all day...? Well, I do!

What are you hoping will be under your tree this year?

It's back to school time, and I only wish I had some sort of an excuse to stock up on school supplies! How I love pens and paper and notebooks and planners...it always reminds me of a scene in You've Got Mail, when Tom Hanks' character Joe Fox writes, "I'd send you a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils if I knew your name and address." 

So, since I have no real, valid excuse to be stocking up on school supplies, I think I could still always find a reason to be stocking up on greeting cards. After all, you never know when you're going to need one, and old-fashioned correspondence (by way of actual mail) is just so much more meaningful than an email or e-card. With that in mind, look at these gorgeous cards below:

I know I'd love to receive one of these in the mail! Plus, not only do they look good, they're also all made with eco-friendly material. The owner of Sparrow Nest Script (on etsy) is a calligrapher, if you couldn't tell. I wish I could download all those fonts and use them for various projects, but I'd also be happy with having these cards! Which one is your favorite?

I have a thing for stationery, as you may well know. My work notebook is nearly all used up and for the last few weeks I've scoured the shelves of every Staples (where I bought it last year) to find another one like it. I like the quality of the paper (it's not the rough, cheap version you find in regular lined notebooks), it's spiral bound so it can lay flat and so I can write with just one side up, the front and back covers are firm so I don't need a table to take notes, and it's letter sized paper which is perfect since I take so many notes. (Can you tell I really love this notebook??) Sadly, I can't seem to find it anywhere, and I can't even find a brand name anywhere on my current one, so I've started hunting for some other options!

Although the above notebooks from Minted do not really fit any of the criteria, they all have a couple things in common: you can get them personalized, and they're so pretty! You can customize the text, they all tend to come in at least one more color than shown, and you can even personalize the inside covers. They're all $16, which is kind of a lot for a notebook, but I can't help it, I'm probably going to end up ordering at least one to try it out. I think the owls are particularly adorable, and the stars are subtler, but still so pretty...I honestly wouldn't mind one of each!
