I'm really late into the whole peplum trend - I just never found one I really liked or that I thought was flattering on me. This one I happened to find at Forever 21 here in Hong Kong when I had to go shopping since it's too warm here to really wear the clothes I brought! I love the mesh panel in front - even though it's mesh, it isn't totally sheer - and I love the cut of the neckline and the V at the back. Sometimes it's all in the details.

I snagged the last of this sweater (which also happened to be in my size!) at J. Crew this past weekend - the cooler winter weather has me reaching for my layers. I absolutely adore the little French hen with her jaunty little bright pink hat - too adorable to resist, really! Plus, the sweater is thin and warm which is exactly what I want. (I hate bulky winter layers.)

I kinda fell in love with this sweatshirt when I saw it, just because I loved the retro font and the neon colors! Plus, it's perfect for the chilly weather we've been getting in NYC - new fleeces are always so soft, practically made for snuggling in, and also perfect for post-ballet workouts. Here, though, I chose to dress it up a little bit with skinny camo pants, a bright scarf, and heels.
