The second day at the cabin was quite dreary - it was actually drizzling while we took these photos! And it was very cold. I threw on my coat over this later and that was perfect! This was the first time I'd actually worn these leggings - I was a little intimidated by how shiny they were, but when I picked up the long Joie sweater, I knew the two different textures of the pieces plus the fact the sweater was long enough would make them a perfect pair!

What is more appropriate than wearing plaid flannel while in the woods? Nothing, really. I've been loving this particular flannel J. Crew shirt because it's the perfect thickness - not too thick (like they tend to be),  but just thick enough for it to feel warmer than any of my other regular button downs. And, I'm a little obsessed with these boots. I bought them last winter and just love the knit and the hidden wedge - perfect for cold wintry days! I've been pulling out my boots pair by pair as I need to wear them and so far I've felt like I've been rediscovering (and falling in love again) with each pair. Yay for buying things I just keep on loving!
